1. What is the proper way to utilize BAHATIE’s products?

Using BAHATIE candles is very simple; we do not restrict your methods or scenarios as long as they are healthy and positive. However, we recommend following our basic practical guidelines, such as using Peru's Palo Santo for purification before use, to help the product connect better with you.

2. What is the shipping duration?

Orders will be packed, purified, and shipped within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping for candle products typically takes about 7-10 business days within the U.S., while other non-candle products usually take 5-7 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Our customer service will carefully track each package for you, so please be patient.

3. Return and Exchange Policy

Return Conditions: If you find any damage to the candle or container upon receiving your order, please contact customer service within 48 hours and provide relevant evidence (such as photos). We will offer a refund or replacement service.

Non-Acceptable Returns: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns due to personal preference or after-use requests.

Return Process: If you meet the return conditions, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page or contact our customer service for instructions on how to apply. Please ensure the items are unused and in their original condition.

4. How do I care for my crystals?

Purification: To keep your crystals energetically cleansed, it is recommended to regularly purify them with Palo Santo. Light the Palo Santo and allow the smoke to surround the crystals to help dispel negative energy. Choose a quiet environment to enhance the purification effect.

Cleaning: You can gently rinse the crystals under running water at a moderate temperature, making sure the water flow is not too strong to avoid damaging fragile stones. When removing crystals from burning or recently extinguished candles, please be cautious and ensure the crystals have cooled down. If there is wax on the crystals, you can try gently wiping them clean with a warm towel or alcohol wipes. Avoid using chemical cleaners, as they may damage the surface of the crystals.

Placement: We recommend placing your crystals in BAHATIE's medium-temperature ceramic cups, together with other crystals to enhance their energies. Make sure the ceramic cup is placed in a stable and safe location to prevent falling or collisions. Additionally, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or intense heat, as this may cause the crystals to fade or become damaged.

Additional Suggestions: Regularly check the condition of your crystals to ensure there are no cracks or damage. If you notice any issues, it is advisable to store them separately to avoid affecting the energy of other crystals.
